Take a deep breath! The next few months are a very busy time of year for the GME community. Two vital projects are going on simultaneously. The first is the ramp up for your new residents or fellows, and all the pre-training requirements. Ensuring that these tasks are done well will lead to a peaceful transition for the new learners during the first few weeks of training. At the same time, it’s coming to the end of the academic year and so it’s time to pull together the Annual Program Evaluation (APE).
