Have you checked your program requirements lately?  As we have now fully entered the Next Accreditation System many specialties have updated their program requirements effective July 1, 2015.  Take some time to see if your program specialty is one of those so you are working with the most current requirements.  Adding a review of current requirements to your Annual Program Evaluation (APE) will ensure that you check them at least once per year.
