As the year draws to a close, it’s time to start planning for the next academic year. Be sure to put a review of rotations on your PEC agenda after the first of the year, and as part of that review, use this opportunity to review the resident/fellow feedback on each rotation. You can then use this same data in your Annual Program Evaluation at the close of the academic year. It’s great when a report does double duty!
