Quadruple Aim

The concept of a Quadruple Aim in healthcare is a much needed extension on the existing Triple Aim.  The Quadruple Aim adds provider (residents, faculty, nurses, and others) well-being to the established Triple Aim of Population Health, Experience of Care and Per Capita Cost.   We see the ACGME already responding to the fourth aim by making resident and faculty well-being a permanent part of the Common Program Requirements.
