Accessing On-Demands (for Education Store Customers)

These instructions apply to the following scenarios:

  • You have purchased an On-Demand Webinar from our Education Store

Step-by-Step Instructions

There are two ways you can access your On-Demand Webinars:

Via the Education Store

  1. Go to https://pime.wpengine.com/
  2. At the top of the page, click the “Education Store” link in the dark gray menu bar
  3. When the page loads, click the “Access My Account” link in the main menu bar, near the Partners logo
  4. Enter your email address and the password you created when you purchased your On-Demand Webinar
  5. Upon successfully logging in, you will see your account page. Scroll down to the section called “My Webinars”
  6. Here, you will see a table of all of the On-Demand Webinars you have purchased, as well as completion percentages and dates of completion
  7. Click the red “Webinar Login” button to proceed to the On-Demand Webinar System
  8. Once you click the button, you will automatically be transferred and logged-in to the On-Demand Webinar System, where you can access your purchased On-Demand Webinars

Via direct login to the On-Demand Webinar System

  1. Go to https://pime.wpengine.com/
  2. At the top of the page, click the “On-Demands” link in the dark gray menu bar
  3. When you purchase an On-Demand Webinar, our Education Store automatically creates your account in our On-Demand Webinar System, without a password. To login this way, you must reset your password.
  4. Below the login fields, click the “I’ve forgotten my username/password” link
  5. When the page loads, enter your email address, and click the red “Continue” button
  6. Check your email for the password reset link
  7. The link will direct you to a page to reset your password. Be sure to enter the same password twice in each of the fields. We recommend using the same password you used for your Education Store account, to make it easy to remember
  8. Once you have successfully changed your password, click the red “Continue” button at the bottom of the page
  9. You will now be redirected to the On-Demand Webinar System, where you can access your purchased On-Demand Webinars

You can use either way to access your On-Demand Webinar system account. The first way, through the store, just gives you a bit more information.

Once you have logged in to the On-Demand webinar system the second way, you will not need to reset your password again.
