How do I reset my On-Demand password?
These instructions apply to the following scenarios:
- You are a Passport User at an Institution
- You have purchased an On-Demand Webinar from our Education Store

Step-by-Step Instructions
- Go to https://pime.wpengine.com/
- At the top of the page, click the “On-Demands” link in the dark gray menu bar
- Below the login fields, click the “I’ve forgotten my username/password” link
- When the page loads, enter your email address, and click the red “Continue” button
- Check your email for the password reset link
- The link will direct you to a page to reset your password. Be sure to enter the same password twice in each of the fields
- Once you have successfully changed your password, click the red “Continue” button at the bottom of the page
- You will now be redirected to the On-Demand Webinar System, where you can access all of the On-Demand Webinars available to your account
