Osteopathic recognition requirements and application forms have been posted.  Please view the documents at https://www.acgme.org/acgmeweb/tabid/469/ProgramandInstitutionalAccreditation/OsteopathicPrinciplesCommittee.aspx.  Remember, any program may apply for Osteopathic recognition, including existing ACGME accredited residency program and Osteopathic recognition is program specific, not institution specific.  Applications will be accepted beginning July 1, 2015.
