- Developing an APE to build on program strengths
- Learn techniques to increase faculty and learner engagement
GME Finance & RMS
- GME finance – the basics
- How to utilize the RMS to maximize reimbursement
- Impact of rotation definitions
Curriculum development and research
- Using ITE to support curriculum development
- Administrator/Coordinator role in resident research
Consultant feedback on current program concerns or sharing best practices
- Participants and/or Instructors will address real-word current struggles and share field-tested best practices to address needs
