We’ve recently made some improvements to our Snippets, Passports, and customer service. Read below to learn more about the changes:

At Partners, our customers are our first priority! All Passport Subscribers have access to personalized one-on-one support with our Education Administrator, Douglas Knox. Improved Login Process
With the improvements to our Passport Subscriptions, we have decided to make everything a bit simpler. Rather than multiple places to login, with different passwords, we have streamlined our system. Now, if you want to access On-Demand Webinars, there is one place to login – that’s it! Any time you want to know more information about your Passport, like expiration dates, or if you need help, just contact our Customer Service team, and they will take care of things for you. No more complicated systems, just a really excellent customer experience.
As of Sunday, February 5, 2017, our Snippets are now available to all, via our YouTube channel. Now, anyone can go to YouTube, and view our 15 minute Snippets about various GME topics.
Because Snippets were previously an exclusive benefit to Passport Holders only, we have kept part of the Snippet product available only to our Passport Subscribers. Every Snippet is published with an Infographic or Document available for download. These documents will be distributed to Passport Subscribers via email blast, when a new Snippet is released.
