This webinar explores how Sponsoring Institutions can strengthen teamwork through intentional interprofessional education, shared goals, and inclusive culture—offering practical strategies to build stronger learning teams, enhance engagement, and align initiatives with ACGME expectations.

• Recognize the many ways teamwork and interprofessional learning already occur within the GME environment, often through everyday clinical and educational activities. 
• Describe how collaboration across programs, departments, and professions contributes to a stronger learning environment and better patient care. 
• Clarify how program leaders, coordinators, and the GME office each contribute to sustaining a culture of teamwork. 
• Identify practical ways to strengthen existing collaboration by building on activities programs already conduct.
